- Owned and operated since April 2004, Dighton Gardens is comprised of three separate buildings with a total of 13 units. Mix of 1 beds, 2 beds, and 3 beds. Several of the apartments were renovated over the past few years and rented to tenants. We sold the asset to sold to 25.29.37 Dighton LLC in May 2020.

Bank St, Harwich
Royal at Harwich, is located in Harwich, MA. The property was acquired in August 2019 and is currently undergoing renovations.
Beacon Street, Brookline
-We renovated the entire building and developed it into two retail units, office space, and residential units. We are now renting at market value.
Maverick Shipyard, East Boston
-Maverick Shipyard is a brand new development currently in progress. It is a ground-up, twenty unit, residential project and will have underground garage parking.
Ridgemont Street, Brighton
-This property was purchased by JM Investment, LLC, an affiliate of Newman Properties. This large, old house has three apartments that we will renovate, redesign, and rent at market value. The current plan is a long term rent and hold.
Rue Sainte Famille (Le Charles) Montréal, Quebec
-Le Charles was built in 1925 and is centrally located in the “McGill Ghetto” neighborhood of Montreal, which is named for its close proximity to McGill University. The property includes a mix of studio, one, and two bedroom units. We are currently renovating the property as well as operating the building as a value-add project.
Spring Garden, Dorchester
-Located in North Dorchester, Spring Garden is a multi-family apartment building. The property is currently undergoing a full gut renovation. Upon completion, the property will feature all-new appliances, fixtures, and a great modern look.
Chelsea Street, East Boston
-We completely renovated the three, two-bedroom apartments, which now include brand new kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchens feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms have new toilet, new vanity, new tile floor and new shower surround. There are also renovated hardwood floors throughout the apartment and brand new laundry in-unit.

-We purchased three properties that had fallen down. We then teamed up withanother developer and builder to build 17 brand-new units. We are holding these units as long-term rentals.
